In 2016, three friends came together with a vision to create meaningful change through technology. Our early efforts were centered on consumer-focused digital experiences, before transitioning into the B2B space. Over time, NovumLogic established a clear focus on solving complex business challenges through innovation. This is our story.
The Early Days: 2016-2019
The initial years were dedicated to perfecting our strategy and getting acquainted with the principles of the tech industry. At the outset, we were set on creating solutions that mattered, being long-term oriented. We were responsive and reliable, sensitive to the needs of our clients, and developed technology that addressed real problems, which resulted in our first success. As our potential expanded we shifted from B2C to B2B where our knowledge on providing high quality solutions became our greatest resource.
Overcoming Obstacles and Recovery: 2020-2021
The COVID-19 pandemic was another challenge the world had to face in 2020. Other firms were catching up, but we were not in that situation, as we quickly shifted towards working remotely and ensuring that the clients received the necessary level of stability and reliability. There were also some setbacks, such as later payments made by some clients, who explained the pandemic as a reason, but we stayed on track to establish better relationships. The pandemic highlighted the value of flexibility, and we applied the experience to streamline our procedures.
The year 2021 was associated with reconstruction and reorganization. We further developed our processes, and they connected with our long-term vision. This was not about winning the race up the mountain but it was about doing all our projects in such a way that it would lead to sustainable growth. When the world started recuperating, we concentrated on establishing strong and long-term relationships.
Pioneering in AI and LLMs: 2022
As of 2022, we had already gotten ahead of the curve on AI. We have been incorporating AI-driven solutions into our work long before AI was the buzzword in the world. We were creating AI agents, assisting companies to automate processes, streamline decision-making, and offer a more individualized customer experience, and the technology had not yet swept the world. We did not simply integrate AI when it was a fad; we were already working towards integration of AI functions that were capable of producing value to our clients.
In 2023, we started developing industry-specific applications as well. Among the most thrilling ones, we also worked on the creation of an AI application to work in the boiler industry, automating their work and making it more efficient. Being an AI company, we were able to deliver smarter, data-driven solutions to our customers well before many of our competitors.
We were also interacting with the tech community in addition to our technical success. Attending Google Developer Groups (GDG) events allowed us to be in touch with the latest trends and innovations. These interactions did not only expand our knowledge but also brought a chance to exchange our own experience and knowledge.
Going Global and Making a Difference: 2024-2025.
We achieved new heights in 2024, in physical terms as well as in terms of influence. Among the most significant achievements were the cooperation we had with the Saudi government on a project that would make a significant impact on the entire citizenry of the mainland. It was among the most impactful we had ever executed and it once again confirmed our capability in taking on high stakes, complicated projects.
The same year, we grew in the UAE and Dubai, acquiring multiple new customers and developing apps that met the demands of particular business. Our AI offerings were also getting increasingly sophisticated and assisting industries to streamline processes and make data work.
Moreover, being recognized as a Top AI Deployment Company by Clutch was a proud moment for us, validating our early commitment to AI-driven solutions. This award reflects not just our progress but our strategic vision, which continues to guide us into 2026 and beyond. As we expand our AI capabilities, we remain focused on delivering smarter, more efficient solutions that empower businesses to thrive in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

By 2025, the way our worked had begun to outgrow the expectations typically placed on a technology company. The problems we were solving, the responsibility we carried, and the outcomes we delivered required a clearer, more intentional expression of who we were becoming. This period of reflection led to a thoughtful evolution of our identity, completed in January 2025, one that better aligned our presence with our purpose and the long-term impact we aim to create.
Another notable milestone was when we established the physical presence in Australia in 2025. It was a strategic step to widen our international coverage and support our expanding range of international customers. We also maintained our growth in Dubai and the UK, acquiring new clients and providing AI applications to large companies. Our operations in these markets cemented our role as a top-performing enterprise-level AI provider.
